Ashley Bridge, Lisa Carrino and Scott Carrino, are licensed Massage Therapists who practice integrative massage and can offer specialized treatments which include: Swedish, Shiatsu, medical massage and kinesthetic awareness through movement. please make an appointment for bodywork at least one week in advance of your visit by calling pompanuck at 518-677-5552, ashley bridge at 518-854-7660 or emailing info@pompanuck.org. the aromatherapy facial is a 45 minute treatment that includes: a scalp and facial massage with pure essential oils, an herbal steam and a handmade masque formulated for your skin type. $55 the 30 minute getaway is relaxing aromatherapy massage taylored to your specific needs. Perfect for an anytime pick-me-up for anyone on the go. $40 the 60 minute miracle really unwinds and erases the stress. Combined with aromatherapy, go for a full body experience or concentrate on your specific needs for a full hour of relaxation. $75 compliment the day with a wood fired steam sauna. the indiviual rate is $20. bring a friend or 2 and have a mini retreat at pompanuck! the wood-fired sauna is a hand-built cordwood structure, containing beautiful features with an aromatic cedar interior and comfortable seating for 10-14 people. There is a dressing room-antechamber and a deck overlooking our spring-fed and solar-powered swimming pond.
